QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MENU

  1. Is our chicken halal? Yes, our chicken is halal. You can ask for a certificate in our branches.
  2. Do you have an allergy or intolerance? Ask for our allergen chart in one of our branches. We can also email it to you.
  3. Do you have vegetarian dishes? We certainly do! We have delicious vegetarian salads with quinoa balls from QINTI, or try our vegetarian vol-au-vent with pieces of “just like chicken” from Greenway. Discover them in detail on our menu.
  4. Do you also serve breakfast? We also offer P&P breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 until 11:30, exclusively in our branch on the Eilandje.

  1. When are your opening hours? Poule & Poulette is open 7/7, including holidays. On a public holiday, our Sunday opening hours apply. Our opening hours differ per branch. You can find the opening hours here.

  1. Do I need to make reservations? You do not have to make reservations, but we recommend you do. That way you are always sure of a seat!
  2. We are a large group. Can we come and eat? Sure, you can! We would love to have you. Discover our different group deals. Don’t forget to reserve a table!

OTHER QUESTIONS

  1. Do you have gift vouchers? Yes, we do! Always nice to give, and nice to get! You can buy a P&P gift voucher in any branch, with a value of your choice. The voucher is valid for one year after purchase.
  2. What payment options do you have? You can pay by cash or card (Bancontact, VISA, Mastercard) at P&P. We have a special payment machine where you can pay contactless with cash. Meal vouchers are also accepted. In our Etterbeek branch we also accept American Express.
  3. Can we also pick it up, or have our food delivered? You can collect it from us or have it delivered via our delivery partners. You can order easily via this link. Did you know that our takeaway prices are lower than our delivery prices? So order online, hop on your bike, come by & pick up your favorite chicken dish to eat at home.
